Services All services described on this website are subject to availability. Prices are not listed on the website — we provide free, no-obligation quotes on request. A quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Bookings and cancellations Once you accept a quote, we will arrange a date and time for the work. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Liability We carry public liability insurance for all work carried out on your property. We take reasonable care to avoid damage, but we are not liable for pre-existing issues (e.g. unstable fencing, damaged paving) unless these are pointed out to us before work begins. Payment Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. For larger jobs, we may request a deposit. Website content While we make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free. Photos on the site are for illustrative purposes.
